  1. Super colour. A guy down the road who races an MGA has various racing people staying over from time to time. One has the factory blue of the Alpine, very similar to the original plastic bodied rally version.
  2. Thanks Jeff, Yes what else will I come across, opening old kit boxes?
  3. Whilst in the throes of packing for our soon to be house move, I found in an old ice cream tub an Airfix 1/32 Ford Escort in a plastic bag, In basic grey plastic. So to break up the packing schedule I decided over a couple of days to build it. I had printed out the instructions of a previous build some years ago. In the days of my race/airfield marshalling at the Silverstone Racing Circuit some 5 miles away, about 40 years ago there was a saloon car class designated 'Super Saloons'. This was using a base saloon shell on a spaceframe chassis with whatever V8 engine/gearbox you could fit. I found alongside this kit a modified Escort MK1 shell duly modified with plasticard by me some 30+ years ago! I am now looking for a 1/32 kit of an F! car for the wheels and suspension to fit a scratch chassis! I therefore look forward to my move, building another garden cabin and continuing model making, having started when I was 8 years old and 76 next month!
  4. Hi Shawn, How's it going with the Bobber Farm Truck. Have you any signs of production or getting one for me to the UK yet?

  9. Very nice to see and follow!
  10. Super job going on here! We had the same problem with our youngest son's road Beetle, with the front end wound right down and what shocks to put on. We solved it but I couldn't drive it as it was solid, without any up or down travel, but he loved it! He also chose different diameter front and rear tyres!
  11. Cheers David.
  12. Thanks Carl.
  13. Pretty poor for me..
  14. Cheers Greg. Now completed...but not my best
  15. Tomorrow?
  16. Nearly there, not my favourite build, I've messed up in various places.. I had to put in a plasticard inner arch as no real area to attach the front wheels. Rear connects well.
  17. A few decals, not totally happy,
