  1. Thanks guys, not bad a few days after his 77th!
  2. Cheers Larry.
  3. I have used ex-McLaren wheels, tyres and wheel arches to lower this normally off-roader! The off-road chassis of the Montero I'm building for another project.
  4. For my 77th Birthday on St Patrick's Day 2 kits.
  5. I found on the shelves.. But needed the chassis etc for something else, so found in the spares some wheels and arches from a McLaren Sportscar kit. so dropped my new chassis to this.. I have a few more things to do, so will finish this week. I'm annoyed that the bonnet was clear plastic and I only have a metallic blue spray at present! 77 tomorrow so out all day!
  6. Superb, we see a lot of tractors/farm machinery round here.
  7. Cheers Carl. But a bit big to find a space for!

Thanks John. Again another car that never appeared anywhere here in the UK.
  9. Thanks ea0863. Yes it very nearly went in the bin, but as a pensioner I can't really afford to do that!

Thanks guys. The plastic body comes in that colour.
  16. I was warned after buying it that it may be troublesome, and it was. A twisted body shell didn't help and I tried a few times in hot water to solve it but to no great avail. Hinged doors were also difficult, the drivers door in particular. Shaving it down, cut out most of the inner door panel, but I glued it in, in the end! So here it is as I'm fed up with it now! The tilt forward bonnet/hood didn't work either, the twisted body meant I had to do the same with the hood, bend it quite a bit to fit!
  17. A 'Quick' kit, but had to glue it throughout.
  18. Thanks guys. I don't recollect anyone producing a Reliant Robin no.
