The decals were no-name and they were awful to work with. Doubled up all the whites but had lots of issues getting them to lay down well. I posted this model on Facebook's Nascar models site and Jerry Nadeau himself saw it and loved it, so that was a real thrill.

Built this years ago, but used the wrong color for the chassis, so I finally built a chassis in the proper color and adjusted the ride height.

Built from the Revell Challenger R/T kit. I know this kit has its detractors, but I found the build very rewarding and the model looks great on my shelf. Has the proper Colorado plates from the classic movie car.

Color is a very rare GM shade called Agean Aqua. This model won 1st place in the Shelf Models, Factory Stock category at Masscar in 2010.

Yes, the decals came with the proper Underbird graphics for the front bumper: no TH and with the Mighty Mouse.

This was the color-changing paint scheme. I used Chromealusion Purple/Green flip flop paint for this one.

The legendary Underbird. Powerslide decals, Tamiya TS-12 for the orange paint.

Buckshot Jones' Aquafresh Pontiac. Toyota touchup lacquer for the paint, Sunset Graphics decals. One of the more obscure rides out there to build.

Ian, for what it's worth I got the decals on ebay. I'm sure they'll ship to NZ as long as you pay for the Uruk-hai insurance.

Just finished this one up this morning. This is the Harrod’s McLaren that finished 3rd at Le Mans in 1995. Built stock from the Fujimi kit with Tabu decals. Paint is Ferrari yellow from Scale Finishes and Tamiya Racing Green (TS-43).

I take it we can expect it's never coming back? Would be a terrible shame if that's the case.

This is the only Earnhardt car I've ever built. Powerslide decals on this one, and boy are they wonderful to work with.

Here's another new build of a model I first built years ago. I used the Slixx decals for this one, but decided not to use all the grey checkerboard graphics that came with it, because I saw some pics of the real car without them and I felt that it looks cleaner without them.

This was another one I built again recently, after having built another example right out of the box years ago. I sourced the correct slab sided Monte Carlo for this model, used MCW paint, and a combination of Slixx decals (for the vast majority of the graphics) and Patto's (for the Velma on the other side, the kit decal was useless for her).
