Given your collective news I woulda thawed out and Smoked a Cowboy Steak (1 or 2 bone Prime Rib) to an internal temp of ~125f (takes ~2hours) then Sear it on the Grill for the Char and have it with twice baked Potatoes with Garlic and Green Beans. Wash it all down with a Zin. Oh and Congrats to your Wife on 34 Years on the Job!! The Longest I ever stayed at a Job was 11. Although your Wife started he Job the same year my Wife and I got Married!

  18. This is one of those times subdued lighting really works!! The darkness and high contrast bring out the details that would often otherwise get washed out, like the Firesstones up front with the Goodyears following.
