  2. Exactly. 3D printing is great for prototypes, very short runs, or made-to-order parts. For mass production, nope, nope, and nope.

  9. I've seen 'em mounted on the forward driver's side intake manifold, and in front of the head on the driver's side, depending on exact year and options. Of course there has to be a big secondary wire from the coil to the center terminal of the distributor. Below is a '64, with the coil in front of the head.
