  1. Judge not idiocy, that ye be not flamed and canceled.
  2. That's actually the famous cow-induction hood.
  3. Grounded outlets with ground-fault-circuit-interrupter protection are good to have in kitchens and bathrooms, and are now required by most electrical codes.
  4. Yup, looking good. I'm intimately familiar with these cars in 1:1, after having specialized in maintenance, repair, and heavy resto work on them for decades. The kit has some conspicuous "issues" (quoting Bainford "a lot of what's there is not really representative of the 1:1"), but your work is progressing towards a very fine model overall.
  5. "Stressful" is what modern daily life activities are often referred to, things like having to pick up the dry cleaning and go grocery shopping...OMG OMG...BOTH ON THE SAME DAY !!!!!!!
  6. Hearing this: "Only exceptional performance will constitute a passing grade".
  7. I'm continually irked by "adults" who take credit for things they had nothing to do with, deflect blame for their own failures by blaming others (or just pretend problems don't exist), smile smugly while wallowing in their ignorance and outright stupidity...and all the people who turn a blind eye to their behavior.
  8. Today could be your last, so make it count for something.

  10. Americans, sadly, tend to be unaware of a lot of what's going on in the rest of the world...and how it's going to bite them in the backside HERE.
  11. Truck parts for my old ones are plentiful enough to keep 'em running for a hundred years...or until the oh-so-wise powers-that-be ban junkyards entirely.
  12. For larger circles, use a standard compass with a cutting blade instead of a pencil lead. You don't need to cut all the way through. Just "score" the circle several times and snap the center out. You can also buy dedicated circle cutters for even larger work.
  13. Mind-over-matter has been shown to have some real, documentable, repeatable validity; consider the efficacy of placebo "sugar pills" for alleviating some symptoms in some patients.
  14. Actually, none of the characters will have access to vehicles, or even have drivers' licenses, so there'll be a lot of waiting for properly masked Uber or Lyft drivers (or possibly autonomous speed-limited vehicles) to show up for the chase...should be exciting. "Can't live in the past" you know.
  15. Cues aren't the same as queues, but I've seen them referred to bizarrely as styling "Qs".
  16. Finished my Christmas shopping today, and got everything for Thanksgiving dinner too. Ho ho.
  17. Necking was one of the things my '63 Olds convert was exceptionally good for, way back in the dim recesses of time when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.
  18. Flying small planes is something I'd like to get back to.
  19. Thanks to the last 4 posters; well played.
  20. Interpret this: আমার শর্টস খাও.
  21. "Universe" is a large concept, but so is the idea that physics at the quantum level has similarities to Zen Buddhism, at least from the standpoint of the inter-connectedness of all things.
  22. Play by the rules.
