  1. Here is a shot that was tweeted by the director of the Superman vs Batman movie. I like what I see so far! Long, low and sleek seems to the order of the day, not the chubby Bumbler.
  2. This is what I have on the workbench right now...
  3. While the specs of the real car are certainly impressive, and the model kit does look very detailed, all I see is a Ferrari doing a "duck face" picture.
  4. Any new model with modern police equipment I'll be happy with!
  5. Looks like a Thunderbird!
  6. Another tip for you if using acrylic and water for a wash. Add just a drop of ordinary dish soap to your mixture. This will break the surface tension of the wash and let it flow better, otherwise you may wind up with droplets instead of a wash.
  7. Welcome to the forum James from a fellow Kentuckian! Looking forward to seeing some of your work!
  8. I ordered the new Salzo 3 foot long TOS Battlestar Galactica for myself, with my wife's blessing! I love her!
  9. Thanks David G. More pics of yours would be cool. Here's a few more.
  10. David G, I'll see your '66 and raise you an '89!
  11. My latest build.
  12. Welcome to the forums and welcome back to the hobby. I'm down south of you in Danville!
  13. I manage the security department for a manufacturing plant here in KY. Here's a shot of my office.
  14. It's too similar to the outdated outgoing model. There is, in my opinion, nothing that screams, shouts or even speaks loudly, "hey look at me". It now looks like every other generic coupe out there. Fords over-use of their apparently new trademark grille/front end design on every model dilutes the "newness" of the Mustangs design. Of course with the flood of performance enhanced versions Ford will undoubtedly release to boost sales we will get all kinds of 80"s GM gaudy aftermarket decals, scoops and wings stuck on it. In the scope of new auto design, the New Mustang already looks dated.
  15. I've seen better looking Japanese coupes. To me. it looks like a Honda Accord coupe in profile.
  16. Well that's what is going to be in Autoweek next week and the car is official as of tomorrow. So, I would say the Autoweek cover is the actual Mustang. Here's more pictures of the car. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2015-ford-mustang-autoweek-leak/ I hope the car has the performance and comfort. But, if based on looks alone, I think the new 'Stang is a big FAIL.
  17. Saw this on Autoblog this morning. Autoweek has leaked images from their Dec 9th. issue. For me......yuck.
  18. Responded to your PM. I'll get you some pics this weekend.
  19. I think I have a whole bag of lightbars from various kits. How many and what style? I'll send you some, no charge.
  20. This the bottle I have. Discovered it last year. Love it!
  21. Nice build. Always loved the Pantera. I've always been partial to the '74 with the black pointy bumpers though. At any rate you did a good job on this one.
  22. Welcome aboard from another Kentuckian! I'm down here in Danville. I moved here from Mich. 8 years ago. I'm glad you're doing well after the fire and are rebuilding your collection. I had a basement flood when I lived in Mich. and lost about 150 built models and about 75 kits. I know the feeling...
  23. There are several of these conversions for the Camaro out there. Have been for a few years. Not sure of the maker but someone also does a resin conversion kit for the 1/25 scale version. If you want to see more, check these out. http://kevinmorgandesigns.com/home.html Ah, found it. There is a resin kit from Jimmy Flintstone. http://www.megahobby.com/2008tafirebirdconceptcarbodygrillsidefinshoodandspoilerforamt125jimmyFlintstone.aspx
  24. Wow, I feel inferior now.....
  25. Not model car related, but I have parts coming that were 3D printed to turn a certain airsoft gun into everyone's favorite cyborg cops weapon of choice.
