  1. Im not a Sports car type persay But I could live with a Ford GT40 - a recreation would be just fine or even one of the mid 2000s Ford GT would fit the bill. A 1st gen Viper GTS coupe could be a suitable substitute I'll add , If money is no object an original Ferrari 250 GTO is numero uno.
  2. Very. Very nice I wish that interior was available in the aftermkt. My old car had that exact same interior. Only black
  3. You have my interest Keep up the good work
  4. I have this exact kit. And was thinking use some kind of dampened material to spray thru to get a pattern similar to the 1/1
  5. This is just plain cool I can only imagine how the real car handles,,,,Or should I say doesnt handle
  6. Yes, My first Moebius kit of any kind. But definitely not my last. I have the grand idea to build all 12 of the original Amble-wagon done cars I have the Landy and Leal cars in the case but they are old Good Stuff resin kits. So,,,only nine more to go
  7. I use Ebay on a regular basis And ALWAYS pay with Paypal . It pulls from an account I have setup strictly for Ebay purchases Ive never had a problem in over 20 years ( knocks on wood ) ps, ALWAYS ck the sellers feedback rating
  8. My grail MPC Barry Setzer Vega funnycar I own a mint sealed inside kit as well as a few decent builders Followed real close by the Johan 1969 GTX and the MPC 1968 Color Me Gone Funnycar
  9. Best build of this kit. I've seen yet. One of my all time favorites And i didn't even build it.
  10. The Dave Strickler AFX 1965 Dodge My very first Moebius kitAnd I like it . No real build issues , although getting the glass glued in takes some finesse . But overall pretty easy to go together I actually started this last fall and after having paint gloss issues , shelved it. Until maybe 2 weeks ago. Decided to salvage it best I could. And move on. And looks great in the case Simple and easy straight out of the box build I will be building more of these for sure . Planning ahead I think I want to replicate all 12 of the original Amblewagon built cars I already have the Dick Landy Dodge and Butch Leal Plymouth from older Good Stuff resin kits
  11. Does anyone make the correct intake and/ or aircleaner for that era nascar hemi
  12. Cool. Let's hope an AFX / BFX version is not far behind
  13. Nice. These make great looking race cars
  14. There was. I own one. But it's not for sale though I can get a picture or two later if desired
  15. I would love to have a correct 1968 GTX interior
  16. Adapting any wedge head intake to a hemi is going to be tough due to the angle of the intake to head surface Plus look how the ports layout compared to hemi head Hemi is individual single port Wedge is 2 sets of Siamese ports
  17. The only one I'm familiar with from a kit I think its from the Johan 1969 Roadrunner and maybe others yours if you want one
  18. So far so good. Been pretty much uneventful so far But im being cautious as I'm getting close to the end and all the glass has me worried ps, I tried the Champagne gold and it seemed to light for me where as the Titanium Gold looked dead on , IMO
  19. Ft and rear bumpers for amt 1960 Mercury conv. Saw these on ebay and while back. And with my upcoming build of one I pulled the trigger and bought them Arrived today so naturally had to do a test fit. And happy to report...with some minor enlargement of the attachment holes...they fit perfect This will be next.in line. Very soon
  20. TO get the side glass in , just glue them in and slide interior / chassis in ? Or maybe once chassis is in then slide the side glass in while the ft - rear glass are not in yet ?
  21. Thanks for the laugh. I think the FT + Rear glass will be dead last to add .
  22. I have a single 4 bbl intake for hemi Its yours if you need one
