Greg Myers Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) Get yer 000 brush or fine point Sharpie out and pick out some of those details on the fire wall, wires, coil, voltage regulator, maybe some of the chain latch out back. Still , "Classic!" Edited September 10, 2015 by Greg Myers
Ace-Garageguy Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 GOOD lookin' little truck. Well proportioned, great stance, looks fast just sitting there...everything a hot-rod should be.
DrKerry Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) Agree with Greg, get the details on the firewall to make them pop out a bit. All in all this is one sweet looking lil hot rod!!!!!!!!!Love the rake it has, looks spot on, if that was a real hot rod boy would it be a hoot to run!!!!!!!!!!!Where did you get the scoop from?? cobraman Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Very cool build. I like the laid back tailgate.
James2 Posted September 10, 2015 Author Posted September 10, 2015 I agree with you about the detailing. It would real help. The scoop is from the Tony Nacy dragsters kit. I might outline the scallops some time too.
JTalmage Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 that's a beautiful build. I agree with the others, black wash the grille, I'd also add a flat silver to the face surface of the wheels, detail the firewall and other bits... then like you said, maybe outline the scallops in a wild color. I think it's a show winner!
wayne swayze Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 What a great looking '34 ! You know I love it! Loved '34's since they 1st came out in the '60's! Congrats on such a terrific build!
DrKerry Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Thanks for the scoop info, thought it looked familiar......I like your style of building a kool hot rod......
