m3fan Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 My first real attempt at a custom where slicing and dicing is concerned. It is for our local show next week for the "Orange" theme. chopped and channelled over the Phantom Vickie chassis. Paint is Tamiya brilliant Orange with gold pearl mixed in the clear. Only thing I'm disappointed in is with all the trial fitting I had the hood fitting but in final assembly the cab to radiator distance changed and now the hoods too short! Oh well, comments and critiques welcomed 1
James2 Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 I like it! The hood would t be to tuff to lengthen.
BIGTRUCK Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 It looks great without the hood, but I guess its what you want.
1930fordpickup Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Looks good from here without the hood. Sometimes that happens but you results are still good.
rmvw guy Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 I like it, just wish you had more pictures. Looks like some nice body work on the chop.
Phildaupho Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Great looking hot rod. Looking forward to seeing it a the Island Classic!!
wayne swayze Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Very nice build. Could you show more photos please. ?
Spex84 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 I dig it! Bold color and cool wheel/tire package. What are the wheels and tires from, by the way?
