Joe Handley Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Wonder if it's still rotting away out in that field?
hedotwo Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Coincidentally I have a '62 on the bench right now but it won't be ending up like this

Sledsel Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 Wonder if it's still rotting away out in that field? Sure is.....
Ace-Garageguy Posted November 11, 2015 Author Posted November 11, 2015 Looks like the site where I found this poor old thing is down.
ZTony8 Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 (edited) I saw that thing at the Buick club national meet in Flint,Mi. in 1976 and it stopped me in my tracks because it was so bizarre looking. It was not put together very professionally. The body sections were basically pop riveted together. It looked like a cross between a motor home and someone's old tin storage shed on wheels. And I shudder to think of the engineering to get the steering to work. Spex84 Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 For anyone who wants more info, google "Shamrockaway". It sounds like the builder was a somewhat eccentric tinkerer and inventor and built this thing in his retirement. Wild!*whoops, looks like the website Ace posted is back online. Well, if it goes down again, that google search will lead you to other pages that also featured the same vehicle.
lizardlust Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 That thing has Clark Griswold written all over it......
