unclescott58 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Pretty cool! How did you find this over in Wisconsin?
Howard Cohen Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have seen some large collections, 10,000 cars and up but never that much!
Renegade Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Amazing collection. Wish I had the resources to buy it.
ChrisBcritter Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Shoot, I just want some of those display cases!
Jon Haigwood Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 I know a guy that probably has a collection equal in size to that one. Same deal, never married lives alone.
unclescott58 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 (edited) I've got some catching up to do. I figure I'm only about 27,000 or 28,000 models and toys behind him. I have 11 more years until I reach 69. I don't know if I can do it. But, I'll keep trying. Edited March 21, 2016 by unclescott58
mikemodeler Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 That's a heck of a collection and I will be sure to show it to my wife so she can see others have more than I do!I wonder if he ever let others see his collection? I am guessing that very few people knew about it, other wise he may have left certain cars to them.
Perspect Scale Modelworks Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 (edited) I saw this story on my local newspaper's website. Amazing! Shows what can be accomplished when there's no wife and kids :-O Edited March 22, 2016 by Perspective Customs
