crazyrichard Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 (edited) hi all after abouth 4 months building almost every day , i finished my dodge charger gasser build . here is the build thread for those who want to see some build pics (almost every step is in there) .. bit of info on how this build started : i got a glue bomb kit from my sister in law the revell 1968 charger r/t , that my ex brother in law glued and slapped together with no paint and too much glue ... it was just saveable ....glass was ruined , moldings all needed to be shaved and rebuild (build those out of brass) .. it pretty much has everything , fuellines , brakelines , fuelpump , powerboostalve , all cables and details ... first some interiour pictures taken when i was building ... all scratch build , real cloth on seats , center console , top of the dash ... a mix of chrome and black , made a cage and a hurst shifter used a motorcycle kit helmet and made a real visor on that added seat belts , also self made rolling chassis with interiour and the 80% scratched hemi radiator made out of copper plate scratchbuild steel headers so far for some major general details ... NEXT POST WILL BE PICS OF THE CHARGER Edited April 16, 2016 by crazyrichard

crazyrichard Posted April 16, 2016 Author Posted April 16, 2016 (edited) paint is tamiya ts-92 orange metallic with tmiya ts-13 clear in the sun it really pops with reference you also see reflection oh and the total weight of the model is amazing its pretty heavy , i have build the same charger kit before not as detailed as this one and not as much scratch building and i think the gasser charger weighs twice what the other charger weighs lol Edited April 16, 2016 by crazyrichard
