Beautiful model !

And one of the several most important cars of all time. Yes, beautiful model.

Nice work with the paint to represent the metal forward and soft rear bodywork, too.  :D

Very nice. Isn't that the basic car that James Bond drove in Flemming's early books on his famous spy?

 

Actually, no. It was a sport coupe/roadster with a fixed canvas top in the Fleming book. This kit is a Birkin Team Le Mans Bentley like the one owned by Ralph Lauren, and represented in the 1/12 kit.

The Bond Bentley, a convertible coupe, would look more like a battleship gray version of one of these, closer to the one on the bottom. Note that there is a cover over its forward-mounted supercharger.
