tiking Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 I do not seem to know what to do with this model. Seem to be moving it around in different diorama scenerios. This is version 3 of the Samba saga as I call it.
JTalmage Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Wonderful! I really like this scene you have going here.
peteski Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Wow! I want to shrink myself down to 1:24 size so I can check out all the wonderfully aged details!
David G. Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Well done, I can almost smell the rust and decay. The kitty-cat looks a little out of place though- he's a little too clean David G.
tiking Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 Well. I am not too sure how they are suppose to look. I mean. I see cats around here...they always seem to go in the woods. most of the ones i see are not really dirty. Most are well groomed. but i will remove it regardless.
Randy D Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Hi Charles, Great work as always from you!! Love all the little details like the nest with egg Randy

Deuce Coupe Posted December 11, 2016 Posted December 11, 2016 The detail in this scene is absolutely stunning! It totally amazes me that this level of realism can be achieved in a model.I do agree about the cat though. The bird looks real, but the cat looks like a porcelain cat. It has the potential to look like a real cat, but I would have no clue how to do that. Maybe some kind of paint wash to make the fur look more realistic? I have no clue, just a suggestion. But other than the cat everything else looks extremely realistic.

I am just trying to figure out how to go about getting it to look more realistic...we shall see...
