bbowser Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Great paint and foil work. Looks like you finished the bumpers to get rid of the mold lines, what did you use to rechrome?
JerseyRed Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 I love that the stripe continues into the dash and rear shelf. I haven't seen that before. I may have to use that one day...once I can get a regular paint job down with my airbrush. I'm interested in how you did the chrome also. Very nice work.
crazyjim Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Very nice. I'd like to see some interior pics.
D. Battista Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 That is Awesome James ... did ya just pour the paint into the interior...? LOL..
James2 Posted November 26, 2016 Author Posted November 26, 2016 Thank you. The interior is nothing special, just 1shot Postal Blue and White. I brushed the whole thing. Including the stripe by dabbing a dry brush on it. The bumpers were smoothed and I removed the rear bumperetts. They were painted with Alclad Chrome.
62pyro Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 Turned out great.Paint and stance are right on.
DumpyDan Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 Awesome, one of my favorite paint jobs. You nailed it
espo Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 Very smooth looking custom. Winfield style paint jobs always look good on custom cruisers.
James2 Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 Thank you for the kind words everyone.
