kilrathy10 Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 The "Builder Bug" finally bit me this month.....I built this guy out of two of the re-releases from AMT.....Pretty much box stock with the exception of the modifications to the ramp box and trailer......Nothing special, but I thought it would look good with a trailer attached....I still have to do a few more things to it, but I have enough to post, I suppose.......This was a fun build for sure.....Took about a week to get to this point...... The Mustangs are repainted Maisto die casts......I've grown quite fond of those things.....This model won't be going to contest or anything, so I'm good with displaying them with this truck....... I thought these pictures were a little better than this, but I'll get some of it outside, later......There are still a few things to be done, anyway.....
signguy2108 Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Anther good looking rig! As for the maisto diecast, you can't beat em for the money. I got several of the mustangs at the dollar store with the sole purpose of using them on the revell car hauler
JerseyRed Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 That's a whole lotta RED! Looks good, very sharp.
Dieselhead Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Looks really good. Could you do me a favor and measure the length of the ramp bed? I wanna build one of these LN8ks but I don't want the really long frame, I have some other plans for it.

Yahshu Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Very cool. So to get a Mustang from point A - B it has to be hauled there, LOL

kilrathy10 Posted December 3, 2016 Author Posted December 3, 2016 Hey thanks, Guys.....I appreciate the warm responses......And the Ford jokes, there Phil.... I still have to apply the kit decals to them......I think that striping will do well with this set up......I'll get them on and outside pics, soon......
