started on this awhile ago, and it sorta got set aside during other projects, but it's back on the bench. have a lot of the parts painted and ready for detail, but i wanted to see how it was gonna look up on wheels, so last night i mocked it up to see how we were looking,

I think I'm gonna like it:) thanks for looking.

I like that!

I just picked up one of those kits today, to use some of the "gasser" parts on a sedan, along with a Resin button & tuft interior from Replicas and Miniatures CO. of MD. I have to raid the parts box for some pieces, including a FE or SOHC Ford engine and a HD Automatic Transmission. I am thinking Black of Dark Green.

I cannot wait to see that one finished!

thanks all:)

Vince, the color is a GM color called 'Ladies and Magenta-Men". I work at a Chevy dealer, so when I see a color I like, I order some right from GM in a spray can.

got some work done, lot to do yet,

also forgot to post this pic in my first post, figured I would try a lace paint job, not perfect, but not too bad for a rattle can job,

thanks for looking

Taking shape nicely!

Engine is a gem

Interior is spot on. Funnily enough, I was only just considering those bucket seats for my current build.

Didn't come from the AMT 32 phaeton? Or were they from their 57 Chevy kit.

I can't remember. Very cool though, in metal flake ?
