mikemodeler Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 link doesn't work and a search of eBay has come up empty.

vintagercr Posted December 22, 2016 Author Posted December 22, 2016 I bought one today. We'll see what the quality is like
Mr mopar Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Is there a web site for Olson brothers resin model parts .
kelson Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 I've seen the listing on ebay on and off for about a month now,the quality looks good, but he's always sold out before I can snap up a couple.
Bill J Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Looks nice on the pics. I won't be wanting one of the cab conversions but I am definitely in for the fender flares and some bumpers. I just got a kit this afternoon too
Len Woodruff Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Very kool stuff. It makes me more interested in building an off-road version now.
Psychographic Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Just curious. Appearance wise (other than the lower bulkhead) is this any different than shortening the roof of the stock kit?
espo Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 The top looks perfect. If their Flares and Bumpers look as good I'll be a buyer.
Tom Geiger Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Aha! Procrastination is my friend once again! The Bronco that first comes to my mind was the utility vehicle that belonged to my high school. It was that green with a white half cab. When we ran cross country practice, the coach would ride in the back of this Bronco looking back at us all running behind it! We hated that Bronco! So of course I need to model it.
fairlane1320 Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Look to have one, but $20 Shipped? I paid $19 for the Bronco.
mikemodeler Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Look to have one, but $20 Shipped? I paid $19 for the Bronco. I have the same issue Ron. If for the $20 I also got the wheel flares then I would be a buyer.
gui_tarzan Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 Is there a web site for Olson brothers resin model parts .The website is under construction but we're concentrating on building up the product list first. We're both working on additional items so the website has to take a back seat (pun intended) for now but will let everyone know when it's ready.

Jim, do you think you will adjust your shipping price as it does seem high and you may lose sales over it. Especially for guys in Canada who are already paying $1.35 for every $1US.
gui_tarzan Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 Stephen, we're looking at alternatives but between what the delivery service charges and the materials (boxes, labels, packing, printer ink, etc.) necessary for shipping, it costs us more than the $4 we charge for the lower 48 states so we just can't at the moment. We agree that shipping outside the USA is expensive, but the "global shipping program" from eBay is set by eBay, not us. We don't even see those charges as they are directly billed to you by eBay. We're definitely open to hearing alternatives for shipping if there are cheaper (but still reliable) options out there. On a side note, I was in Toronto a little over a year ago and couldn't believe the difference in prices - of everything! A $5-6 dollar lunch here at McDonalds cost almost ten bucks there. Crazy!
Bill J Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 The half cab kit looks really well done. I used to own a 1:1 full tip Bronco with the fender flares and I was interested on modeling my old car. When will the fender flares be available to us? Definitely want a set

om617 Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Living in Norway sucks when it comes to shipping. This said this rate is very steep. Other sellers charge between $8 and $13 for so small items.
Erik Smith Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 That's the global shipping program, Tommy. eBay figures those rates based on shipping to a US facility then to the non-US buyer. It's easy for sellers because they don't have to deal with the post office and shipping papers, which can be a PITA. Yes, a seller can choose to sell and ship to other countries for a lot less, but it takes a lot more time, and on a $16 item, probably not worth it. The rate I saw, $4.00, seems extremely reasonable considering shipping materials, packaging time, and actual shipping cost.
JTalmage Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Man... I've been checking Ebay every day since I learned about this thing... I have two Bronco kits... One of em needs to be a half cab!
