Dave B Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 (edited) Have just finished my Bob Jane Elfin. I cast this from an old slot car mould and made up the unique wheels to go with it. Nothing fancy here, the complete model comprises either aluminium, plastruct or cast resin pieces. It's only taken me around 10 years to complete, kept loosing enthusiasm!! It now completes my Aussie sports cars which comprise the Matich SR3, Elfin Traco Olds and Ferrari 350. Tks for looking Dave B Edited April 27, 2017 by Bantoft
Miatatom Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Sounds like the Aussie version of the CanAm series. Nice looking race cars.
Phirewriter Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Looks great, I really like some of the cars that raced in the 60s that don't get the exposure of McLaren, Lola, etc... I've got a couple of vintage slot bodies of this car too that hopefully will be made into slot cars someday.
