aurfalien
Hi, So I bought the kit off eBay for not that much more then it's price brand new from Perry's Resin. Cost me $181 were as he was asking $155 several years ago when it was produced. All complaints and negatives aside (justly earned BTW), the guy was a master craftsmen. Crappy business man but a master caster. He put together an awesome kit. If he had some one run it while he came up with concepts etc... I'm sure Perry's Resin would be up there with HRM or RMoMD. This kit is amazing Edited June 27, 2017 by aurfalien

aurfalien
Hi,I'm unsure, I assume he mastered the entire kit but that's a good question.Hoping some more Yodas reply with more info.
kitbash1
Yes, he did master the whole kit. He also turned the aluminum wheels. I think he cast the white metal parts as well, but I'm not sure on that one. I have two of these kits. One to build and one to maybe sell one day. I also have one of his 962 trans-kits as well, which he also did the masters for.
doggie427
He always did beautiful stuff. Luckily I lived only 2 hours away from his store and could buy things he had in stock or at the fall Toronto contest.Never had to deal with waiting, which would have driven me nuts. Jhedir6
Is the store still around? He runs a hobby store in Whitby? Ontario. I'm not sure if he still casts stuff anymore tho. He makes beautiful items. That 333 is on my bucketlist, gorgeous kit. I have his 1/25 Sunoco Camaro, another awesome kit. I got mine years ago as a salvage kit from someone that started it. It needs alot of TLC and some skill to restore, but I'm hoping to be able to someday. Nice score on the Ferrari....I'm jealous.David

aurfalien
Does he do direct sales on eBay? Anyone know what his seller name is?Hi,He doesn't do anything like that. His website is not even maintained. You can call his hobby shop in Canada but I would be very hesitant on doing any mail order with him.The poor experiences others have had are very easy to find.
