DeeCee Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 This is the Lindberg MAVERICK Dodge 330 Super Stock....... WAS !! I don't really do race cars, they just don't do it for me, i like tough road cars, so....... I started by building my own 4 link rear, and lowering the front to fit the Aoshima wheels up under the fenders just nicely. I also had to remove the inner fenders, and replaced them with some old pro street ones. The engine has a VCG Resin intake, and the rest is pretty well what was in the box. Paint is Dupli-color Antelope.
DumpyDan Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 Really nice, great color choice and the interior nicely detailed. Great work
PARTSMARTY Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 I absolutely love everything about it-amazing and I'm a mopar freak-congrats !!!

crazyjim Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 Outstanding workmanship on a SHINY MOPAR, Dale. What are you using to paint the chassis?
prostreeter69 Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 That is one nice looking Mopar! You got a killer stance and the color kind of plays down what's going on under the hood. Well done.Jon
matthijsgrit Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 This VCG intake, was it the "HP Cast Dual Ram EFI"?How was this part to work with (rough, really easy, ...)? Nice car!
Dann Tier Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 Work of art!!!! ...........Love EVERYTHING about it!!!
Dominik Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 good work on it. like the stance and modern wheels - Looks sharp!
ChrisR Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Nice build but I am old school and don't like the wheels.
DeeCee Posted July 26, 2017 Author Posted July 26, 2017 This VCG intake, was it the "HP Cast Dual Ram EFI"?How was this part to work with (rough, really easy, ...)? Nice car! Thanks guys, and YES, it is the Dual Ram EFI set-up, it is very clean for resin parts, all i had to do wasfile down the 8 runners to the height and angle i wanted it to sit, so about 5 mins work. All the VCG stuff i ordered is top quality.
landman Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Really nice, great color choice and the interior nicely detailed. Great workI second this.

Mike C Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 Really nice build. I built one of those as a beater car.

misterNNL Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 I am not norm a Mopar fan but this certainly has the right look in stance, paint and attention to details.Congranulations on a superb model.I love it.
DeeCee Posted July 28, 2017 Author Posted July 28, 2017 Outstanding workmanship on a SHINY MOPAR, Dale. What are you using to paint the chassis? Sorry Jim, i skipped your question...... i just used some Dupli color Gunmetal grey, with a squirt of purple in it to do the whole under chassis and wheel centers, to tie in together.. Thanks all ..
Perspect Scale Modelworks Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Totally cool. By the title I was expecting stock ride height and dog dishes but was pleasantly surprised to see your build.
