You definitely nailed that stock Stude! Awesome work!

Thank you Donald

Great looking model. The black paint and whitewalls really set it apart (plus the fact that it's built stock).

Thanks Pete, I just couldn't picture this one without whitewalls.

X2

Thanks Marty.

My first car was a hand-me-down '54 Stude from my father. I've had a soft spot for them ever since

I've never driven one, but I've always loved the way they looked.

Great build.   My dad had a few years ago an original black 54 with the wide whites etc.  A beautiful car and it was a Starlight not a Starliner.  It had the post and the flip out window in the rear.   It had real low miles on it and was virtually all original.   Quality from the factory was a tad lacking if I remember right.  Fit and finish being the most obvious signs of it.   You have done a great job on your 53.

Thank you David.

Beautiful build! Outstanding paint job and attention to the exterior details. I'm totally envious. I have 3 of the Stude kits as well as the Miss Deal kit. 2 of the Stude kits will eventually be done stock, and one as a mild muscle car/street rod. I certainly have something to shoot for now! WOW!

Thank you Steve, I'm always happy to know that others draw inspiration from my work, as I've drawn inspiration from the work of so many others.

The best one I ever saw built.

Thank you Túlio. I've seen the excellent work you do and your comment means much to me.

This Studebaker looks nice. Love it :) Have the Studebaker also in my shelf. Painted it a copper metallic after two other paint jobs caused me a little trouble

Like to see the place in the display case. Another interesting cars are around. I'm peeking to the rack under the Studebaker's. Those 3 cars (red Impala with the wings, 40s Plymouth, the white 58 Impala (?) with the customized back) looking pretty interesting too ;)

That's really classy ... very nice job!

Thanks Mike, I think the whitewalls bump up the "classiness".

Thank you Christian. Are there any photos of your Studebaker on the MCM Forum? If so, I'd like to see them.

The other cars in the display case you noticed are the 1941 Plymouth, the 1958 Chevy Proton, and the Reaver. The Reaver doesn't have its own topic and I should probably make one. There are however, other photos of it on MCM Forum that will come up if you search under "Reaver".  Thank you for your interest.

Looks real good

Thank you Dan.

Great build of a real classic! Colors are just right. Nice work! A friend of mine has a nice 1:1 '54 coupe in a pale yellow color. Great cars!

Sam

Thanks Sam. Someday, I'd like to see one in person- or maybe even drive one.
