shoopdog Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Just finished up this AMT Charger. This was an older kit and I'll have to say a lot better quality than some of their newer ones. I had to keep reminding myself it was not a Revell kit. Paint is rattle can Tamiya Light Gun Metal Metallic with Future brushed on and Fireball Modelworks tire decals. Great kit to put together! I got so carried away on how easily the chassis slipped into the body that I forgot to install the rear view mirror. Thanks for looking and all comments welcome.
Hmann68 Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Beautiful! Super clean build, and the stance looks great. Good to see a different color on this kit. Nice work!
'70 Grande Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Excellent, excellent build! Your paintwork and detail work looks flawless! Those outdoor pics make it look like a 1:1!
High octane Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Wow Keith, I'm likin' that Charger and excellent color choice as well. I just love dem Mopars!

shoopdog Posted October 22, 2017 Author Posted October 22, 2017 Thanks everyone, this one was a joy to put together. Can't wait to build the Revell 70 Charger so I can have a 67,68,69,70,and 71 in my collection.
jefropas Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Awesome, clean, stock build! My favorite kind!Jeff
Mercuryman54 Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Great looking Charger!!! Should look sharp on the shelf!!Dennis
Classicgas Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Very nice. What you need to remember about most of the kits Round 2 is issuing right now are vintage kits. They are not going to be as nice as tooling done in the 90's and later, such as this Charger.
PARTSMARTY Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Absolutely beautiful build -i'm a mopar freak and I have one started in almost the same color-congrats !!!
El Caballo Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 That undercarriage is something else, great job.
espo Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 That looks perfect and I like the outdoor setting. I haven't built this kit but after seeing your build I think I should. The color you picked is a match for our '10 Charger RT so you know I like that.
TooOld Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Beautiful colors on a great looking Charger ! Well done !
smhardesty Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Very nicely done, Keith. The color works really well on this car. I'm not a gray or silver fan, but it sure does look good here. Nice, clean engine compartment too.Is that silver Sharpie or Molotow?
RAMBENNA Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 wow looks fabulous, love these cars and yours is great looking nice color too
kelson Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 I agree with everyone else,a well built and photographed model!!
