I've had this JF resin body for a while now and have finally gotten to a decent point for a post.

The body is painted in HOK Kopper Pearl and a few coats of clear on it this morning. Tomorrow I'll wet sand with some 12,000 grit and spray another coat of clear before polishing in a week or so.

The interior is a 40 Ford bucket and dash with a 53 Ford steering wheel. The seat is a narrowed parts box part. I didn't put a lot of detail into the interior due to the chopped top not leaving much of a view.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice looking body and the paint looks perfect. The caster really got the trim details done right on the body.  Is this a curbside or is the hood removable ?

Thanks dino. I was planning on some wide whites with the Caddy caps from the Revell 49 Merc. Still up in the air on the wheels though. Test fitted the 1/24 40 Ford pickup headlights. Look just fine.

Update-

Got the interior in and wheels on. Not real happy with the whitewalls. I put decals on for the WW and they cracked a bit, so I painted over them. I may go back someday and change the tires out when I find the right ones......or I may not.

These pics stink but they were just some quick shots I took during a break at work. I'll go back once I'm finished and take some outside photos.

All that's left is the bumpers, a mirror and BMF the side trim. Thanks for looking and feel free to comment or criticize.
