Here's my 1/25 Roach Coach - Scratch built frame, gas tank, wired, plumbed, 3D printed body - needs a couple adjustments - but 99.9 % done.

Thanks guys !! - For those who may not know of Ed Newton, he designed anything & everything cool that Roth built ( Mysterion, Road Agent, Beatnik Bandit, Bike Hauler, etc. ) - as well as the Pink Panther ( which I'm working on still ), Sand Dragon, Red Fox Wrecker ... and many others . I think he was a pure talent. Mike & Kevin, who made this 3D body & this model possible did a fantastic job; going only by pics & a few tips by me . I did a few mods on the body they produced ; but the overall shape was there, so .... kudos to them-  they are masters of 3D printing . For me, the car  brings back special, fond memories of when I saw the 1:1 at the custom car show here.  :)

I always thought this was the ultimate show rod when it was created and the same can be said of this beautifully done scale version. I hunger to see a rolling chassis with all its delicious details, but I suspect you didn't build it that way. No matter, the result is as impactful as one to could ever want. Bravo!

Love it,  just Krazy Kool !   Would like to see some build up shots, do you have any ?

No, I don't - I'm not big on taking "In progress" pics, for one, I think it kinda ruins the surprise of seeing the completed piece & the other reason is that I'd rather spend the time building  instead of taking step by step pics !!  :D  .... that said, thinking back, I probably should have taken at least a couple for this one ; before mounting the body - it did seem a shame to cover it up

Sorry Bernard, you suspect wrong :) ..... it is a rolling chassis done according to the 1:1

Those guys are good at what they do huh?  You TOTALLY did this justice!  I saw the pics on the Coffin Corner, but then when I went back to comment they'd gone...I think they got moved and I can't find them or you deleted them maybe?

Anyway, GREAT build dude, absolutely amazing!!  Love the paint, and you've really captured the look and all the detail of the 1:1!

Hey Jim, I really had problems getting my password to work ... so I figured if I put it in your gallery; it would have been moved into the right section; It must have been deleted by the site operator; for not belonging. ... anyway,I wish CC all the best. I try to spend very little time online & don't normally post my builds; I just thought this one might be of interest, because it is not just so "unusual" , but also because it probably is the first & only 1/25 completed Roach Coach ever. Thanks for helping to make this dream come true !!
