ewetwo Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Does anyone else have this error message on their computer when they are viewing the forum? It's located in the blue band that has Hime>Home>General> Create New Topic. [Template core/front/global/utilitiesMenu does not exist. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]
landman Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 I get it too, but only on my iPad. Not on the confuser.
ewetwo Posted October 19, 2018 Author Posted October 19, 2018 James. Do you have a make? I have a Mac mini and an iPad and it's on both. So it must be an Apple issue?
OldNYJim Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Happens on my Macbook using Firefox, and on my iPad using Firefox or Safari
Xingu Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 I got this yesterday. I logged out and then back in and it went away.
ewetwo Posted October 19, 2018 Author Posted October 19, 2018 1 hour ago, Xingu said: I got this yesterday. I logged out and then back in and it went away. I tried that but it's there when I come back.
DPNM Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 I usually only see that message when I am on the forum but not logged in. When I am logged in it usually has a message from a Mod to report people acting badly although right now it is not there.
peteski Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 I've seen that message from time to time on my Win 7 laptop running Seamonkey browser. It doesn't seem to affect the functionality, so I ignore it. Nowadays there are so many compatibility problems between browsers and websites that I'm surprised things work as well as they do.
Dave Ambrose Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 Its a problem in the forum software. I will be fixing it in the next couple of months.
