Autoquiz 404 - Finished

After the Spanish Dodge Dart 3700GT from last week I was looking again for a car from Spain.  It is a special version of the Dodge Dart 3700 GT designed by Paul Serra a 1973 Dodge Serra Boulevard 3700 GT.  It is powered by a Slant Six with 145 hp. Only 18 were build.

But.... I think I have 2 clues that I'm gonna go with... This car reminds me of .... something. Better start searching!

I was going nuts looking through countries with right-hand-drive cars. Never occurred to me that the photo might be backwards. I stumbled onto a pic while searching for "sharp belt line" or something like that.

I was going to the wrong counties entirely. Has hints of Japanese and Italian influence, that was my main areas of searching.

I was seaching RHD countries. I really wish you wouldn't waste my time like that.

Sometimes I have to modify the picture to block those guys who want to do a picture search. The orginal colored and not reversed picture get you directly to the solution. I will add a comment if the picture is modified in the future

Completely new one on me, even when you know what it is, it’s not that easy to find. Good choice.  The car is actually quite good looking once you strip off all that ugly black detailing, it looks a bit more Italian. My biggest mistake (apart from thinking it was ugly) was to assume it was a fibreglass body, wasted a lot of time on those two search terms.

The steering wheel faked me out, so I was hunting for Australian specials.

I got curious about the pic being turned because of the lettering on the tires. It looked like the letters were on the tires backwards. But........I still didn't figure it out!! HAHAHA

 Good one. I had no clue. Didn't recognize any shape, proportion, or designer's style. Because it vaguely resembles some of the limited-production cars built in Australia, I concentrated my search there. Obviously, no luck. Congratulations on stumping me entirely.
