Before starting off with my first build for 2019 I want to show You some photos of this 1961 Ford Galaxie (AMT-kit) that I built about ten years ago. I put on a set of chromed "smoothie" wheels with white wall tires. The interior was created close to my 1:1 62 Galaxie 500.

Enjoyed seeing both your model of the 61 and your 1/1 62. My dad traded a beautiful 57 Olds Super 88 in on a new beige 62 Galaxie 500 four-door with a 292 cruise-a-matic and vinyl seat covers. He still had it when I got my drivers licence three years later. I have to admit I thought it was the most uncool Ford of the sixties especially when cruising to the hamburger drive-in. I always preferred the 61 styling and the 63 even more. That being said I have really been warming up to the rear styling of the 62 and yours looks fabulous.
