LOL !!  In a weekend I *might* get the engine block halves glued together .. and maybe the oil pan.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one that is nervous about finishing one in 6 months   ;-)

Nothing to it guys, an hour a day gets a lot done. Granted, last year I missed the model bench for almost 6 months, since last October I’ve built 8 cars, one rig, and about done with a trailer. I couldn’t build last years TAT rig in a year, but got it done in less than a month once I got after it, lol. Just have fun, if it gets done, it gets done?

I think when I get around to building mine I am going with the box art green. That's what drew me to the kit. Looking forward to following yours.

It’s a Mack! You’ll have a lot of fun. Don’t sweat the 6 months. With only a few hours weekly you can churn out a very nice model.

Ok, here's a very rough mock up. Im not sure how i feel about the Mercury, i will most likely go with a different sleeper, something a little more rounded. There will also be some frame added.IMG_20190211_182014664.thumb.jpg.cd7b4c1daa00225299542c42945b233f.jpg

I agree about the sleeper.

I have all but decided to go with the restrite sleeper that AITM offers...  If you haven't built this kit before (its a first for me) the rear suspension is a n alignment nightmare ???

Looks great Sam!! I'm the oddball though. I think that the Mercury sleeper makes this truck. Check out some of the online pictures of these trucks with Mercury sleepers. They just look cool! Looks great though, whatever you decide.

Your mack looks good so far, and totally agree the rear suspension was terrible to assemble.

Either sleeper would look good on these road warriors

Looking good, I must admit, I kinda like a more rounded sleeper, but, the mercury doesn’t look too bad on there. So ya, no help from me:D
