Hmann68 Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Just awesome!! I do the same routine with Tamiya spray, and it’s great stuff. Well built Charger! Mopar to ya
Tommy124 Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 (edited) Very nice result! I agree that Tamiya TS paints do not necessarily require clearcoat. They can be polished to a nice shine without that. I did my '69 Camaro the same way recently, using TS-40 and polishing stuff only. I like the way you did the rear panel. Applying the BMF there is no piece of cake, considering that the panel has to be painted in black. I know so well because I am currently doing the MPC snap kit, but in a very different color and with a flag on the roof... Edited February 21, 2019 by Tommy124

BeakDoc Posted February 22, 2019 Posted February 22, 2019 Perfect. From the vinyl roof to the red lines. Just perfect.

Kmb0319 Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 Great job!!!! This literally looks like photos from a 69 Dodge sales brochure. I’ll take a test drive!
