PatW Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 The brother of the Orange Hauler, shown last week. The grey shell came in the box with the other one, but with no bits to build into it, so to the spares boxes! I scratchbuilt the interior tub and added the seats, steering, gear changer and rear view mirror. The added the twin filler caps, windscreen, some sort of chassis and Pegasus Centrelines small out front and large out back and side exhaust. Found the rear fencing and cut it down to fit, and found a bag of moss for the garden work rubbish. And chilling with brother in the cabinet...

Spex84 Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 Creative! Looks like a delivery vehicle for the West Coast's newest herbal industry
Koellefornia Kid Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 I never liked the Orange Hauler very much, but what you did here looks very cool! The wheels are a perfect fit and I love your scratch built seats!
PatW Posted March 23, 2019 Author Posted March 23, 2019 Thanks guys, Oliver the seats are spare from the AMT Surf Woody kit.
Silver Foxx Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 A friend gave me one of these , wondered what to do with it . Lots of ideas now I have seen yours . It looks great , so different , well done .
olschoolkid Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Vey cool. I didn't realize this was based on a show rod kit. I honestly thought this was your own unique creation. Either way I think it's neat and well done.
PatW Posted March 24, 2019 Author Posted March 24, 2019 Thanks guys, yes it was originally a show rod, the Orange Hauler but I only had the body to work with and transformed into what you see above.
