This will probably sound nuts but it was a picture you took of a Bud Lefevre '28 Sedan street rod work in progress at a GSL show and featured in an early 90's Modelers Corner that started my obsession with this kit. The injector tubes are nothing more than 8 pieces of Evergreen 3/32" tube glued on and then the top ends drilled out to look appropriately thin. I brush painted them with good old Testors bright silver little jar paint applied heavy so that they'd stay bright and shiny looking.
