They must be expanding. I see that a new one is opening up a tad closer to me than my regular one.

Only a mile and a half difference but it avoids some construction.

Once you have a chain rolling like this it's easy and cheap to expand!

Landlords for stores this size will grant considerable concessions to gain such a tenant.  Such as 6 months to a year or more free rent, construction monies etc.

If a chain has their vendors on net 90 and focus on a 30 day sell through, there is no cost to put product into it.

Big business at it's best!

That would be a good thing to see in HL!

Same here. As of two weeks ago, we now have two stores, four exits (10 minutes) apart on the interstate.

Sweet it's a great place for all kinds of supplies we use.

Install the app and the 40% off will be at your fingertips at all times.

And find the multiple clearance sections each store has. You'll clean up when they get rid of paints (of all types), tapes, supplies and even kits.

Here here Chris!. If I am near the Hobby Lobby on any given weekend, even if there is no kit I "need"  I will buy something using the coupon, such as Tamiya primer (can always use that), or extra display case, or glue etc. Then always hit the clearance isle, not limiting myself to model stuff. I bought Ott lights for like 75% off, found beading wire for break lines, inks, all sorts of useful stuff!

Too much of a drive... They also have one in Canton just west of Lilly rd.

That's quite a drive also.... Way to many traffic lights.... ?
