This one just finished a few weeks back.

was built as a slammer with no engine or suspension. Body is a Jimmy Flintstone casting that was one of the better ones I’ve had.

I had grief with the rumble seat keeping even gaps so I just filled it out of frustration. Lengthened hood to fit better, added caddy style rear lenses and 37 Ford wheels with parts now tires. Gotta love these old kits that need so much massaging!

Paint is tamiya pearl green with racing white for interior and wheels.

Neat looking tail dragger. I liked that kit, but like you mentioned the hood/grill/cowl don't line up well. Great color selection and finish.
