Hey Alan, it's true I am a Ford guy but i do build lots of different makes and models. I have owned several Chevys as well as Datsun, VW,Austin ect. there is a lot to like about many different cars. ?

Your Vega has the look Ray and always build it your way.  I do like that distributor .  I know what you mean about a tight body/chassis fit, mine was the Revell Mercury kit , almost put it back in the box.

?Yep, when I saw the distributor on the front of the engine I asked myself what engine is that!!??  Blasphamy, a Ford engine in a Chevy?

After all the Fords with Chevy engines over the years, it's cool to see the reverse.  Very nice build. I have it on my to be built pile.  I just need to figure out what color as I am not planning to build the Grumpy car either.

I noticed!!! 

Making a nice build gooder!!!! LOL

For reference, the valve covers are backwards. I have done it also!! 

2 bolts bottom, 3 bolts top. Makes no sense to have less bolts where it may leak.
