cobraman Posted June 16, 2021 Posted June 16, 2021 As you can tell I am not doing the Dom’s version . I prefer the stock wheels . I did replace the tires with some pad printed ones . Paint is Tamiya TS Pearl Light Blue . Short Cuts white interior . Strange I am not really a Mopar fan , not that I don’t care for them but can’t recall if I ever built one . The strange thing is I just not long ago built a Duster ! Two Mopars in a row ??
TransAmMike Posted June 16, 2021 Posted June 16, 2021 Looks really good Ray. Not a big Mopar guy either. Very nice build?
1972coronet Posted June 16, 2021 Posted June 16, 2021 Wonderful colour choice ! Those gold-ish stripes look really good against that blue ! I just grabbed a can of that same Tamiya paint yesterday for the AMT '64 Cutlass Convertible ; what colour of primer did you use as a base ?
Zippi Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 I'm another one that's not really into Mopar's but your build is looking pretty kewl.
cobraman Posted June 17, 2021 Author Posted June 17, 2021 Thank you fellows. As for primer I used Tamiya gray .
bisc63 Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Looking VERY good! Cool subtle colors, can't wait to see this one "under glass".
slusher Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Beautiful color Ray, that’s going to be a knock out!

drodg Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Really looks good and a similar color to Winchester Grey which is a 71 Mopar color.
mrmike Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Lookin' good! You also appear to be farther along than I am with my '71 GTX (Roadrunner). But, then I am doing more to mine than you. Keep up the good work!
