White Frightliner DD rebuild w/Gravel Trailer

This is a rebuild of my White Frightliner DD day cab that I built about 12 years ago when I was just getting back to building trucks. Back then I modified the sleeper cab to a day cab. For the rebuild I used several parts I had left over from using the Frightliner SD/DD kit as a donor for my resin builds. I did a WIP on the build for more details on it. The gravel trailer is a new build from the old MPC Mack DM 800 / Gravel combo kit. I modified the trailer to a tandem axle instead of the tri axle. I’ll add some outside pictures when the sun comes back here.

Nice addition to your fleet, Dan -  I think I will rework my old dump trailer also from 3 to 2 axles!

Great job, I agree that the dump trailer looks better as a 2 axle.  I did one that way a couple of years ago.

Thanks Helmut. It’s a pretty easy to remove the one axle.

Thanks Brian, yea maybe in the future I will but for now I’m starting the Super Bee Services company to maintain the fleet’s.

Thanks Bill your right a rock quarry diorama would be great but I need a good size front end loader for it.

Thanks Warren. I don’t remember for sure but it may of been yours that gave me the idea to make mine with the 2 axles also.
