Wonder if the VW flat 4 is an option?

The only correct noise to add to an EV is of course the sounds of The Jetson's car.

I would totally do this. I do have my name on the F150 Lightning reservation list, so in two years or so, this could happen. ?

Made me laugh. I got in some big trouble as a youth, and all too often since. My parents were big Bridge Players and always wondered where their expensive cards were going.

We did this too as kids but the balloons don't last very long.

Assuming the global "chip shortage" and "supply chain" issues go away.

Don't hold your breath.   B)

Yeah, we'll see what happens.

I'm now 30 years in the auto industry, and working for Ford now. These are the craziest times I've seen in terms of supply and inventory. Getting better, but along way to go.

I played slushpump to the last day of High School.  I loved doing that, was pretty good at it too.

Thanks for the comments everyone. ?

Is the sound of Etienne Lenoir turning in his grave available?

You know, just because I don't know what you're talking about, I have to make a special rule just for this topic, must post a video.  ?

Thank you for the clarification.  Bet there are no videos from that time. ?

Not to worry:

Very cool to help out our friend.  ?  I should have thought of this, the Prescott Antique Auto Club has guys with hit & miss engines, the annual car show has a section with many who show them.

How about some sounds guaranteed to freak your noisy neighbors out?

Send your self-driving EV out to make a loop of the neighborhood while blasting this at 03:00 every other day.   B)
