60 Corvette custom

I got this original 60 Corvette body and interior from a friend and after looking at the amount of work that went into it 60 years ago ,I just had to do something with it. I had an original chassis and found a bubble top that was a close fit. Parts box tires, wheels ,lights and decals. Interior done in an angora material.

Somebody had some wild imagination way back when! From the days of wild customs, it looks the part. Good color choice! Is that a Tamiya color?

Great looking rebuild. Very extensive body work was done on this. The Pearl Green color looks good on this.

I'm curious about the color, too. It does look a bit like Tamiya's Pearl Green.

It is Pearl Green but was clear coated with Gloss Pearl Clear.
