Scary to me is where we came from, where we're going is misunderstood and confusing to those who won't or can not comprehend tactics to accomplish a goal of a level playing field and fair business trade through scare tactics.

Another pimple reared it ugly head on Jeremy's pale adolescent face the night before the big prom making him rethink about making an appearance, but all was saved when he decided to take a red sharpie and polka dot his entire face to resemble having the measles so no one would notice that pesky pimple, but according to his mother it was not a wise choice, she called the doctor causing poor Jeremy to miss out altogether.

"Altogether, in the" is an expression meaning devoid of clothing, like Gort, who went everywhere in nothing but his metallic skin.
