I realised I only got to page 2 and missed all the other goodness!!!

The weathering looks good.

Love the detail and effort around the number decals and the door fittings

Thanks guys. Following Bob's suggestion, Tamiya weathering added to screens. Not perfect but good enough for a 35 part kit.  ?

Maybe not perfect in person but it looks amazing in the photo !  I have a couple of those weathering sets , I need to start using them more often .

Trying to bring a bit of life to the screened areas using a variety of Vallejo washes. It's still lacking in my opinion. Considering perhaps a delicate rub with Tamiya weathering silver to the screens... I "dunno"   advice please?

I might just dry brush some white, on top. You might want to "dusty" them up, a tad, too. Maybe a little ground-up pastels?

Perfect! I was a little late with my response, as I just got home from work. I really love these old Monogram kits, and you are absolutely killing this! I love it!

The screens turned out great Pierre, and the decals look fabulous so far.

Your project is a fine example of what one can do to dress up a simple kit.
