Smitty
My original intention for this model was to just build it 'out of box'. As it progressed I decided to use the build experience as a chance to try a few new things that I could perhaps use in the future. For example, I stripped the kit chrome , except for the wheels, and tried Alclad 2 chrome for the first time. I scratch built the gauge in the interior, and for the paint I used white primer with Tamiya clear pearl on top. These early Revell kits have often been described as 'fiddly' or difficult to build. I'm inclined to agree. It's been a long time since I've built a Revell kit from this era, so I'd forgotten how much fun they could be! The decals in particular really gave me a 'run for my money'! Still, I'm happy with the results and will enjoy having it on my shelf.

Lucius Molchany
Yes I built one and the decals were a challenge,I had to float the rear decal section on to the body!

Dennis Lacy
Turned out incredibly nice. One of the best Beatnik Bandits I’ve seen! As far as Roth cars go, it’s one of his better looking designs.
