Mack R688ST take 2

There were a few things that bugged me about my recent Maine Locomotive and Machine Mack R688ST build.  So, I got the correct grill and fixed a couple of other small "annoyances" along with adding a tool box to the back deck.  This is a new build, not a re-do of the original.
