Didn't this kit out come once with some Faux '68 Parts, to make a "Street Machine" with engine options and an extra set of wheels?

Had a Yellow Box or Yellow car on the box?

Yep, just a "street machine", since they didn't bother to tool up correct '68 interior parts.

We have the Round 2 AMT '68 proper now! Although it is 1/25, and it would be nice to have the 1/24 sister ship to the '69 Monogram done some justice.

Built from the original kit not long after its release.  Wheels from the Monogram "Bad Actor" IIRC, and pseudo Verdero Green using Pactra spray paints.  I believe I may have swapped the air cleaner for the updated part released in one of the later reissues of this kit....TB

yes! The question is if Monogram is the new Jo-Han. In the absence of old pristine Jo-Han you can still find old Monogram and also new white ones.
In addition, they are easy to build.
