Tonioseven Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 Hi. I built this virtually box-stock with the exception of the wheels and tires which came from the Revell '68 Dart kit and the hockey stick stripe from a Revell kit. The paint is 3-stage "Slime" urethane paint from Hotshots Auto Body in Miami, Florida. Nothing special, but it turned out alright. Thank you for looking. 11
Nicholas Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 cool build! i like it!...thats one of my favorite kits by johan ever since i bought one back in my youth from my local hobby store for like $3 dollars and 15 cents lol now they are like $60-plus on e bay! like the color!
XYHARRY Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 That's one tuff green machine there Antonio. I colour coded the front grill on my 'cuda also. Well done. Cheers, David. ?? 2
thatz4u Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 Tonio, great build as always, fantastic finish, well done...Al Rich
karbuildr Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 Very nice build. It's been quite some time since I've seen a build of this kit. I like the color and the stance is very impressive.
Yeah Nah Posted September 26, 2023 Posted September 26, 2023 Excellent build. Love seeing these Jo-Hans.
Bills72sj Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 I see you put the 70 side stripes on your 71. I did the same thing! 3

Maindrian Pace Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 Super clean build. The Johan was the most accurate and well proportioned 'Cuda kit of them all, and this one looks great.
michelle Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 Nice work on a old kit wish round 2 would make a 1/25 scale 71 cuda kit and then reissue thier 74 cuda snap kit
Slotto Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 What a brute! Great color. Decent photography too. Love the angles
Carmak Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 I will take the JoHan kit with it's no-detail chassis and interior over every other Barracuda/Cuda kit available in the last decade. The Body proportions are just so spot on. This is a body Round2 should clone!

Zippi Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 Turned out pretty nice. That "Slime" urethane paint really pops in the light.
atomicholiday Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 That is one seriously good looking ‘Cuda. Great job.?
