68 Coronet R/T

My take on the new kit. I liked this kit a lot. Built box stock except for wheels tires carpet and adding the missing radiator hoses.

Well done Tim! One suggestion, on the stripe decal you might want to cut it with an xacto blade at the trunk opening line. Then apply some Micro Sol/Set. It should snug right down. ?

Let’s talk about that. Those decals almost refused to settle down. Over the body line in the middle of the trunk I drowned them in solvent. Fought me the whole way. So I didn’t mess with the opening lines. There is clear over it now anyway

Great job!  The new tooling is impressive with the top fender mounted turn signals and a more correct engine bay. Superb interior color choice!

I can see the difference in paint on the door panels.

The top of the panel looks just a touch darker and more matte than the middle of the panel.
