carsntrucks4you
Bertone presented the Autobianichi Runabout at the Turin Auto Show in 1969 to the public,. The overall shape was inspired by racing boat of the 1960's. Although it is named after the Autobianchi A112 it didn't the it is did not use the A112's engine. Instead, it received the new-for-1969 A Fiat 128 SOHC engine. In 1971 Fiat bos Govanni Agnelli saw the concept and gave the order to develop it into the Fiat X1/9.
