Dave B
My mate always said if he ever got a third '35 Miller Ford he would give it to me and he did. I always thought I would build it almost box stock. After looking at it I decided it would need a part frame to hang the front suspension. I then thought maybe a full frame to include the rear suspension. I had an old AMT '36 Ford chassis spare so I started cutting and shutting. Seeing I could fit a frame I then thought it would be great to fit a flathead. It all looked doable so my quick build is going to take some time!! Not going to be too flash but it will be different. Tks for looking Dave B
Kolu
Oh, will it be a known period special or a special from your imagination / spares box ? looking forward to progress anyway, great stuff.
Ace-Garageguy
Great idea. I always enjoy seeing "what if" specials. I have a few in the same general vein.
Dave B
It's going to be a parts box special, purely fictitious, but doable if you were a young guy in the early/mid 50's. Something you could drive to the circuit, or lakes, run and drive home again. Dave B
Dave B
Got it looking how I want it to. With the belly pan it would be fine for the race track or lakes. I'll finish the suspension off then start on the flathead. Dave B

Still working on this, the A6GCS and I also have a 3D printed Ford C100 and P68 I'm playing with. Hope to finish this one soon and then the Maserati. absmiami
Gary Doucette - actually - he lived in a suburb of Toronto - Scarborough - had lunch w him in Toronto - maybe ten years ago - to talk models and pick up my kit order - nice fellow- he was focusing on producing resin kits of Indy cars that had not yet been made - - thinking now that he passed away more like six or seven years ago - he ended up with a fairly impressive line of kits - -
absmiami
My own interest in the Miller Ford kit that he produced - i bought one - wish i had bought two - stems fr a chance encounter w the Miller Novi at Amelia 11 years ago - spectacular car - scale incidentally - is 25th - Gary was old school …

Dave B
I hope Gary wouldn't mind my interpretation of his Miller Ford Indy kit. Dave B
absmiami
Dont think he would have any objection - i think he would have loved to see his kits make it to a far corner of the planet [the earth is flat, right??]. …
Pierre Rivard
It's fun to see this kind of free flow creative project. You always come up with unique cars to model and this one definitely "fits the mold"
