1970 F 250 Camper Special

Recommended Posts

1970 F 250 Camper Special with "Custom" trim. Wheels, tires and hubcaps are from the '68 F 250 kit. Upgrades are 3 arm western mirrors and front bumper from the 70's issue AMT star truk kit with additional photo etch emblems. Painted  Royal Maroon from Scalefinishes.  Would be nice if there was a resin 10' camper available, the rear springs are ready for some weight.

Thanks for all the positive comments. Any resin 1/25 scale slide in campers such as this old Lindberg HO? Only larger camper I believe is the Model King Open Road chassis type.

If you are up for some scratchbuilding, that could be done with some Evergreen or Plastruct sheet goods. Another option is to modify the camper in the recent 65 El Camino.
